So all the time I see cool healthy meal photos floating around the internet,
but they dont always come with a recipe.
So why not figure it out ourselves?
Here we go,
lets break it down!
Looks like this salad starts with spinach and red cabbage.
Then its topped with slices of red bell pepper, carrot shavings, edamame and sesame seeds.
Cant see a dressing so its either not there or a clear vinaigrette.
Simple and delicious, and the edamame add protein to keep you full.
