Break it down now

Heyy Ber!
Alright, heres our next breakdown-
a nice lunch snack.

Start with whole wheat bread (I'd toast it)
then add some mashed avocado, tomato and onions (probably spiced with salt)
and top with some sprouts!
To add some protein you could probably mix some protein powder into the avocado, cook up an egg, or maybe mix some legumes into the guac.
