So I made this egg-avocado-toast breakfast again and I calculated the calories.
I'm using the Sprouts brand wheat bread, so calories for this complete breakfast are:
And actually, half way through the banana I got full, so yeah, pretty filling and delicious.
In the cup is water. And VODKA!.... JK, just water.
OH! And I forgot to say this: when cooking the egg make sure all the whites are solid white, not see through. this means its fully cooked and safe to eat. The yolk can still be runny though.
